When it comes to renovating properties for profit, there are three main ingredients. First, you must find the deal. Second, if applicable, you need to find the capital. Lastly, you need to have a reliable contractor that will execute the renovation within cost and time constraints. At the end of the day, capital and construction are a commodity. The KEY component is the deal itself. If you buy a deal well enough, everything should fall into place.

We want you to view us as your capital partner, not the bank. We strive to help you evaluate the deal and understand its metrics. While we do provide the capital, the KEY when dealing with a private lender is to feel as though they are your partner.
